What is your Personal Shopping Service?
At the Children's Clothing Patch, we are happy to assist your every shopping need. We offer a personal shopping service whereby we can reach you by your preferred method, i.e. text message, email or telephone, to update you on all our new arrivals. You can choose your frequency, however, many of our customers choose to be alerted daily with pictures of their favorite brand arrivals. I have some questions about size, can I contact you?
Of course you can contact us for any reason at all! We are happy to help you with size, fit, and even recommendations for the perfect gift. Please contact us at email@example.com and someone will get back to you during our normal business hours (10-5 EST) hopefully by the next day if not sooner! For immediate service, please feel free to contact one of our locations by phone.
I'm looking for something specific but do not see it on your site, is it available?
There are hundreds of items in our stores that we do not yet offer on line. Please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, there is a good chance we have it in store.
Where are your goods produced?
Throughout our history, The Children's Clothing Patch has made a strong effort to source and supply American made products and all of our private label and product exclusives are made in the USA.
Can my item be wrapped and shipped as a gift?
Absolutely. Many of our items are available for gift wrap at no extra charge. We can also hand write an enclosure card with purchase of a card.
Is it possible to match all my children for a family photo?
We specialize in matching the entire family from newborn to size 7 for boys and to size 12 for girls. We are happy to special order any item usually at not additional charge. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
