How can I shop?

You can shop with us a few different ways:

  • Shop online for in store pick up or shipping nationwide.
  • Shop by phone by calling us at 610.971.5102. 
  • Request a personal shopper by emailing us at customerservice@childrenscslothingpatch.com
  • And in store by appointment! Please read all the details before making your appointment but don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have about how in store shopping works. Masks are required. 

Local Pickup

There is no appointment necessary to pick up an online order! Once you receive the notification your order is ready via email, just come by during business hours. Once you arrive, call us at 610-971-5102 to give us your order number. We will come to the door and hand if off to you! If your order is placed during current business hours, typically your order will be fulfilled within the hour.

Shipping policy

Orders placed for delivery on our website will ship in 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS for $9.99. Additional charges may apply on larger orders. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Order modifications are available but only before your order has shipped. Call 610-971-5102 to make order adjustments. Due to Covid-19, all shipping carriers are still experiencing delays. As a result, all shipping information is limited to the tracking number provided.
